About the Wigwam Motel

Mark and LeAnn Werner, Wigwam Motel Owners, moved to Emily from southern Minnesota after having vacationed in the area with their children for many years. We love the beautiful lakes and all the woods. We decided it was time for a change and purchased the Wigwam Motel in 2007 after our children had grown up. We have three parrots that moved here with us and have become quite an attraction for people staying at the motel.

We enjoy working with the public and meeting the people who stay here. Many visitors have returned year after year - for many years. We like to treat our guests as our friends, and will do our best to make sure your stay at the Wigwam Motel is enjoyable and as comfortable as possible.
